The International Centre Ukrainian House UK is proud to announce Rev. Bernard Cocker as an Ambassador for the “BLOOD SOLIDARITY – DROP OF LIFE: Ukrainian Donors in the UK” initiative.
Rev. Bernard Cocker is a British minister and founder of the International Aid Trust, who has supported Ukraine for more than 35 years. Since 1991, his humanitarian mission has delivered an estimated £147 million worth of aid to Ukraine, including medical supplies, ambulances, 4×4 vehicles, and vital support for hospitals and frontline communities.
Throughout decades of humanitarian work, Rev. Bernard Cocker has remained a consistent and trusted friend of Ukraine. His support has continued through times of peace and during the full-scale war, helping thousands of people affected by the conflict.
As an Ambassador of the “Blood Solidarity – Drop of Life” initiative, Rev. Bernard Cocker will help raise awareness about the importance of blood donation and encourage communities across the United Kingdom to support life-saving efforts for those in need.
His message is simple but powerful — even one blood donation can save lives.
People who have worked alongside Rev. Cocker describe him as a person of humility, kindness, and unwavering dedication to helping others. His leadership is guided by compassion, practical action, and a strong sense of moral responsibility.
The values he represents — solidarity, humanity, and service — reflect the core mission of our project: saving lives through unity, support, and action.
The “Blood Solidarity – Drop of Life: Ukrainian Donors in the UK” project is supported by the The National Lottery Community Fund and implemented by Міжнародний центр «Український дім» у Великій Британії.
